• Direct lending deal origination and credit underwriting
• Financial modeling and investment memo preparation
• Portfolio monitoring and covenant compliance tracking
• Deal structuring across senior secured, unitranche, and mezzanine facilities
• Due diligence coordination with legal, accounting, and industry consultants
• Investment committee presentation and recommendation
